Welcome to Speech/Financial Literacy! I am Ms. Sanchez, and I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Florida International University. This is my first year teaching at COHEA, and my fifth year working for Miami-Dade County Schools. During the first semester of this school year, this class will focus on topics such as speech analysis, rhetoric, and argumentative essay writing. Moving on to the second semester, the course content will cover Financial Literacy. Topics will include banking, behavioral economics, budgeting, career and consumer skills, among others.
