I am Retired Sergeant Orlando Mesa. I have been a faculty member as a criminal justice instructor and department head at COHEA since 2012. For 25 years I served the City of Hialeah as police officers and supervisor. I also spend 3 years as a school resource officer for Miami-Dade Public School Police.
