Welcome to Chemistry and Physical Science with Mr. Batista!
Science helps us understand the world around us. In my Chemistry and Physical Science classes at COHEA, my students will conduct experiments, participate in discussions, and explore real-world applications of scientific principles.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a Master's degree in Biochemistry. My experience in research and teaching has allowed me to develop strategies that make science accessible and understandable. My goal is to help my students develop curiosity and critical thinking skills. Whether exploring the fundamental building blocks of matter, analyzing chemical reactions, or understanding the laws of physics, I want them to gain essential academic skills.
