Ms. Gonzalez has dedicated 21 years to the field of education, serving in multiple roles that have shaped her into the dynamic leader she is today. She began her career as a Special Education Program Specialist, where she developed a deep commitment to advocacy, individualized learning, and ensuring that every student had the tools and opportunities to succeed.
She later transitioned into the classroom as a reading teacher, where she fostered a love for literacy and helped students gain the confidence to express themselves through reading and writing. As a CAP Advisor, Ms. Gonzalez guided students in mapping out their college and career goals, inspiring them to dream big and take meaningful steps toward their futures.
