Welcome to 9th Grade English Language Arts! I am excited to meet my new students and guide them through a year filled with engaging literature, thought-provoking discussions, and opportunities to grow as readers, writers, and thinkers. Together, we will explore classic and contemporary works, strengthen our writing skills, and build the confidence to express ideas clearly and powerfully.
A little about me, I earned my Bachelor’s degree from St. Thomas University in Political Science with a concentration in Criminal Justice. My academic background has given me strong skills in research, analysis, and critical thinking skills I strive to pass on to my students every day.
I believe every student has the potential to succeed when they feel supported, challenged, and inspired. This year, students can expect a structured, encouraging classroom environment where their voice matters, hard work is valued, and success is a shared goal.
