75 Community Service Hours Minimum
COHEA students are required to complete a minimum of 75 community service hours as part of the Community Service Project.
- Community Service forms are available at the COHEA front desk or can be downloaded from the COHEA website.
- Students should keep a copy of all submitted community service hours for their records.
- Hours must be completed through an approved non-profit organization or community service program.
Examples of approved community service locations include:
- Libraries
- Public parks
- Hospitals
- Nursing homes
- Day care centers
- Habitat for Humanity
- Humane societies
- Friends of Greyhounds
- Liga Contra el Cáncer
- School clubs and student government
