We will be having swim practice at Milander Aquatic Center on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. In addition to swim practice, we will be having dryland practice at our school once or twice a week right after school, on Mondays or Fridays depending on the week. Dryland practice will be in the field or at the gym, depending on availability. During dryland practice, we will be working on endurance and strength-building exercises.
